West Side Story, Belfast y The Power of the Dog dominan nominaciones de los Critics Choice

Estamos en plena temporada de premiaciones, la época favorita para muchos, no tanto para otros pero definitivamente no pasa por alto, especialmente entre cinéfilos y entusiastas de contenido. Hoy le tocó anunciar sus nominaciones a la Asociación de Críticos, gremio al que pertenezco desde el 2019. Las grandes dominantes este año fueron Belfast con 11 nominaciones, West Side Story con otras 11, y The Power of the Dog con 10.

Por mi parte lamento mucho como ignoraron The Last Duel, especialmente a Jodie Comer, y a McKenna Grace por su fantástico trabajo en Ghostbusters. Por otro lado, me alegra ver tanto cariño para The Power of the Dog, y West Side Story, dos de mis películas favoritas del 2021.

Los Premios de la Asociación de Críticos serán transmitidos en vivos por The CW, y TBS, el 9 de enero, 2022 desde el Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel en Los Anegeles, con los anfitriones Taye Diggs y Nicole Byer.
