Google suspende el lanzamiento del Nexus Q

 

En una movida que sin duda nos toma de sorpresa pero a la misma vez no, Google anuncia que suspenderá el lanzamiento del Nexus Q. Esta información nos llega gracias a un orreo electrónico que Google le envió a aquellos que pre ordenaron este equipo. Google detuvo este lanzamiento ya que los usuarios que recibieron el Nexus Q en el Google I/O le pidieron a Google que el Nexus Q hiciera más cosas. Esto no nos debe sorprender ya que esta bola de colores se ve bien, pero su funcionalidad está un poco limitada.

Google le informó, a todos lo que pre ordenaron el equipo, que ellos estarán trabajando en “hacerlo aún mejor”. Ahora, aquí está la buena noticia: Todos aquellos que reservaron el Nexus Q recibirán un equipo gratis. Esto está súper bueno, pero la pregunta que nos queda sin contestar es esta: ¿Qué hará Google con el Nexus Q? ¿Lo bajará de precio?

The industrial design and hardware were met with great enthusiasm. We also heard initial feedback from users that they want Nexus Q to do even more than it does today. In response, we have decided to postpone the consumer launch of Nexus Q while we work on making it even better. To thank you for your early interest, we’d like to extend the Nexus Q preview to our pre-order customers and send you a free device. If you had other items in your order, your credit card will be charged for those items only. Your Nexus Q will be on its way soon and you will receive a notification and tracking number from Google Play when it ships.
